Marblehead’s Descend on Adelaide
Marblehead sailors from across the country descended on Adelaide for the 2018 SA Marblehead Class State Championship which was sailed over the weekend of 22/23 September. The fleet of twenty five boats was the largest seen for many years and saw nine sailors come from Tasmania, Western Australia, New South Wales and Victoria to join the local South Aussie fleet.

Lloyd Cole Wins Inaugural DF65 WA Championship
The inaugural Western Australian DF 65 state championships were held at South Perth over the weekend with 11 skippers all up, with sailors coming from Perth, Albany and from NSW.

Close Finish at WA Ten Rater Metro's
A small but highly competitive fleet gathered for the WA 10R Metro Championship and a fantastic day of sailing (albeit a little chilly) at Maylands Yacht Club on the 16th September.

Grunge One Two at Marblehead SA Bourneville Trophy
The day was forecast as 20 degrees with winds falling from 15 k in the morning to 5 k at sunset.  A great day for sailing at Harts Mill, Port Adelaide.  The change of venue was sanctioned as the original venue became unsuitable due to the weed problem.

Reid's Trance Takes Out SA Ten Rater Title
After a grey winter in Adelaide, the skippers and race officials enjoyed a pleasant spring day for the SA 2018 10R State Title. Brilliant sunshine and a moderate NW breeze persisted all day at Tiranna Way, West Lakes.
